Chef Crowe was born in Seville Spain where he developed a passion for cooking at a very young age, in large part because of his rich Spanish heritage. Chef Crowe knew at a very young age that he wanted to cook, and with the help of a family friend he began his Hyatt Career at the age of 15. He continued to hone his skills at Johnson and Wales University where he did extensive work with the U.S. Culinary Olympic Team.
Now, Chef Crowe is bringing his extensive knowledge and training to Baltimore, but more importantly he brings his continued passion and love for food! “It is a unique and inspiring challenge to mold Baltimore Cuisine around the core values that I have for myself and our company,” says Chef Crowe. “I feel, as does Hyatt that it is very important to do so, and I enjoy the challenge”.
